On the inner display
The app reaches the edges of the inner display. Text and controls stay a comfortable size instead of being blown up.
Apple named it in its iPhone Duo launch roundup on October 22: it works alongside Fantastical in Split View to look up contacts.
In Split View
iPhone Duo is the first iPhone that can show two apps side by side, and every app takes part — including Cardhop Contacts. Open it on the inner display, then add a second app next to it. You can save the pair and come back to it later. Cardhop Contacts stays fully usable at half width.
Duo-specific features
- Adaptive layoutRearranges into sidebars or multiple panes on the inner display instead of just stretching.
- Great in Split ViewStays fully usable at half width next to another app.
